Real-time sync between a business ERP and your sales channels

01 Problem

The ERP stays the source of truth, but Shopify and the ShoppingFeed flows must follow in real time: items, prices, stock, shipments. Without clean synchronisation: invisible stock-outs, stale prices, duplicate shipments, and a customer service team spending the day fixing discrepancies.

02 Solution

Custom connectors that sync the ERP in real time with Shopify (GraphQL API) and ShoppingFeed (REST API), in both directions where it makes sense: output from the ERP, orders and shipments coming back from the channels.
