Online printing platforms, B2B and B2C

01 Problem

On the schools and businesses side (DupliDoc), peaks of 6,000 orders to process in a few hours, impossible to handle manually. During COVID, an urgent need to pivot to B2C to keep production running required a rapid build of RepliDoc.

02 Solution

Two Symfony platforms connected to PrintStream to automate the entire flow, from order to industrial printing. Configurable B2B catalogue on the schools side, B2C shop with integrated payment on the consumer side.

Per-school configurable B2B catalogue on DupliDoc.
Class, group and price management.
B2C shop with Mollie payment and invoicing on RepliDoc.
Asynchronous workflow (Messenger + Supervisor) to absorb peaks.
Direct hookup to PrintStream for printer dispatch.
Real-time order tracking for schools and end customers.
EasyAdmin back-office for operations on RepliDoc, custom-built for DupliDoc.
